Andrée-Ann Fortin is a self-taught painter born in the beautiful Saguenay aera, in Quebec, where she still lives.
Since childhood, she discovered a passion for the arts that continues to grow over the years. However, it was not until the summer of 2017, at the age of 25, that she was introduced to painting to express her emotions and externalize her feelings. After the production of some works, she put her paintings on sale on social networks and then noticed the enthusiasm and interest of people for her art. She decided, with the encouragement of her loved ones, to create her professional Facebook page, Art Andrée-Ann Fortin, which made her known throughout Canada.

Facing a great popularity on social networks, she decided to register for her very first symposium in October 2017. This one opens the doors of several craftsmen’s salons. Working as a technician-accountant, she reconciles her work and her passion for art.

She creates series of very colorful and contemporary abstract works. Always looking for new techniques, she is usually inspired by her imagination. Her style is the reflection of her personality.
